By creating an account or using Club Andromeda (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the App. You must be at least 17 years old to use Club Andromeda.
You are responsible for your account and everything that happens under it. Keep your password secure, provide accurate information, and notify us of any unauthorized use. You may not sell, transfer, or share your account, or impersonate any person or entity.
Club Andromeda hosts live audio and video rooms, chat, and user posts (“Content”). You retain ownership of Content you create, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the App (including optional replays when a host enables recording). Live conversations are ephemeral by default and are not recorded unless the host visibly enables recording.
You agree not to: harass, threaten, or defame others; share hate speech or incite violence; distribute sexual content involving minors (zero tolerance — reported to authorities); spam, scam, or defraud users; infringe intellectual property; share others’ private information without consent; attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the App; or use the App for any unlawful purpose.
We use a combination of user reports, human review, and automated AI moderation to enforce these Terms fairly. Violations may result in a warning, temporary suspension (24 hours to 7 days), or permanent removal, proportionate to the severity and your history. Room hosts and moderators may also mute, remove, or ban users from their rooms.
Users may send tips to creators. Tips are voluntary and non-refundable except where required by law. Club Andromeda deducts a platform fee from tips before crediting creator balances. Creators are responsible for any taxes on earnings. Payout requests are reviewed and processed through the payout method you select.
The App, its design, branding, and software are owned by Club Andromeda and protected by law. Do not copy, modify, or create derivative works without permission. If you believe content infringes your copyright, report it in-app and we will review and remove infringing material (DMCA-style notice and takedown).
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not responsible for Content created by users. Views expressed in rooms belong to their speakers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Club Andromeda shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (licenses, disclaimers, limitations of liability) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the App. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
